Application can be made by mail.

The following are required for processing:

1. Photocopy of passport.

2. Photocopy of Canadian visa.

3. Photocopy of the birth certificate showing mother’s, father’s name, place of birth and date of birth (certified English translation).

4. Filled-out application form.

5. Money order for the amount of $ 45,00 made payable to the Turkish Embassy.

6. Self-addressed return envelope. (preferably 10.5” x 8.5”)

Processing time is generally 6-8 weeks.
